By accessing, registering on, or using the vipvip platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or claiming bonuses — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the vipvip Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and vipvip (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the vipvip platform.

These terms apply to all products and services offered by vipvip, including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games, slots, crash games, fishing games, virtual sports, and any future products added to the platform. They apply equally to players accessing vipvip from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and all other locations in Bangladesh.

To be eligible to register and use vipvip, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual in your personal capacity and not on behalf of another person or as an agent.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, whether issued by vipvip or by any other gaming operator.
• You have not previously had an account on vipvip suspended or permanently closed for violations of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are the sole and rightful owner of the payment methods you use to deposit and withdraw funds on the platform.
• You understand and accept that gambling involves financial risk, and you are wagering only with funds you can afford to lose.

vipvip conducts age and identity verification procedures in accordance with its internal Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. You may be required to provide government-issued identification documents (such as a National ID card or passport) to verify your age and identity at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation may result in account restriction, withdrawal suspension, or permanent closure.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the vipvip platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances, including any bonus funds.

When registering your vipvip account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Any false or misleading information provided during registration may result in the permanent termination of your account without refund of deposited funds.

You agree to notify vipvip promptly of any changes to your registered personal information, including changes to your email address, phone number, or residential address. Keeping your details current ensures uninterrupted access to withdrawal services and promotional communications.

vipvip reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including at the point of withdrawal, upon detection of unusual account activity, or as part of routine compliance checks. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the stated deadline may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.

All transactions on vipvip are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). vipvip does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals made via supported payment methods. However, your payment provider (such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside vipvip's control.

Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been used for a prior deposit on the same account, or to methods formally registered during the KYC verification process. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds are returned to their rightful owner.

vipvip reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if the account has not completed identity verification, if the account is under investigation for fraudulent activity, or if the withdrawal would result in the account balance falling below any active wagering requirement on a bonus. Players are advised to complete KYC verification as early as possible to avoid delays at the point of withdrawal.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement) before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. As an illustrative example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place a cumulative total of ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards meeting wagering requirements. • One Bonus Per Household / Device / IP Address: Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one claim per household, per device, and per shared IP address. Attempts to circumvent this rule will result in the cancellation of all duplicate claims.

vipvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a discrepancy between a promotion banner or summary and the full promotion terms, the full terms shall prevail.

All games available on vipvip are operated by third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. For sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and hockey — the following general rules apply:

• In the event of a palpable error — including an obviously incorrect price posted due to a technical fault or data feed error — vipvip reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.

vipvip does not accept liability for any service interruption, disconnection, or technical failure that occurs during the course of gameplay. In cases where a game round is interrupted before completion, the platform will attempt to resolve the round based on the last recorded server-side game state. Where resolution is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be returned to the player's account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vipvip platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of account balance and bonuses, and, where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification, including false identity documents, false date of birth, or false residential address.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or using more than one account on vipvip, whether under the same or different personal details, for any purpose including bonus farming, circumventing account restrictions, or evading a self-exclusion.
• Money Laundering: Using the vipvip platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of illegally obtained money. vipvip operates anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious activity as required by applicable law.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games, poker variants, or any multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Technical Exploitation: Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the vipvip platform in a manner not intended for human play, including automated bet placement, game manipulation, or the exploitation of software bugs.
• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal through your bank, mobile financial service, or payment provider after funds have been credited to and used on your vipvip account.
• Abuse of Staff: Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language towards vipvip support staff, game hosts, or other platform users.

vipvip employs sophisticated fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Accounts flagged for investigation may have withdrawal facilities suspended pending the outcome of the review. The outcome of internal investigations is final.

vipvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to, the prohibited conduct described in Section 7, failure to complete identity verification, detection of underage gambling, breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, or at the direction of a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance — including deposited funds, bonus funds, and pending winnings — may be forfeited in full. vipvip will provide written notice of the reason for closure to the registered email address where legally permitted to do so.

Where an account is closed by the player voluntarily (for reasons other than self-exclusion), any remaining real-money balance (after meeting all active wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to successful completion of identity verification. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the vipvip Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, represent the entire agreement between vipvip and the player. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
